Parameters
YOffset [out, retval]
  YOffset is a parameter of type double
YOffset [in]

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

YOffset is the vertical offset of the marker symbol in points (approx. 1/72 inch). Offsets may be positive or negative numbers.
