Errors Returned

NumTransitionToHierarchy will return errors if:

• The toLevel passed in is less than zero.
• The toLevel passed in is greater than the highest valid hierarchy level.
• The attempted Value passed in is less than one.

Remarks

NumTransitionToHierarchy is deprecated and should no longer be used.
