Parameters
returnDataType [in]

  returnDataType is a parameter of type esriNetworkAttributeDataType
opNames [out, retval]

  opNames is a parameter of type IEnumBSTR

GetOperators returned the list of valid operators that can be used in a NetworkFunctionEvaluator for a given network attribute DataType.

For numeric data types, the valid operators are:

• * (multiplication)
• / (division)

For the Boolean data type, the valid operators are

• < (less than)
• <= (less than or equal)
• > (greater than)
• >= (greater than or equal)
• == (equal)
• != (not equal)
