Creates a predefined spheroid.

Parameters spheroidType spheroidType is a parameter of type long Spheroid [out, retval]
Spheroid is a parameter of type ISpheroid
Use an element from the esriSRSpheroidType or esriSRSpheroid2Type enumerations as the spheroidType to create a particular predefined spheroid.
