The Enabled property allows a TOCControl to be enabled or disabled at run time. For example, you can disable Controls that don't apply to the current state of the application. A TOCControl which is not enabled will not respond to any keyboard or mouse interaction, and will not fire any mouse or keyboard events to its Buddy.
