Time reference for the data.

Product Availability

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

Description

The TimeReference is the time zone and daylight savings time information that was used when recording the underlying data set.  This is useful for correctly aligning data from different time zones.
