ITinEdit.Save Method

Saves edits to disk.

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

Save will persist all edits back to the current TIN. If you want to preserve the original TIN, saving edits to a copy, use SaveAs.
