The Enabled property allows a ToolbarControl to be enabled or disabled at run time. For example, you can disable Controls that don't apply to the current state of the application. A ToolbarControl which is not enabled will not respond to any keyboard or mouse interaction, and will not fire any mouse or keyboard events to its Buddy if any is set.
