MarkerPlacementRandomInPolygon CoClass

Places markers randomly within a polygon.

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

Description

MarkerPlacementRandomInPolygon places markers randomly inside a polygon geometry. Markers can be placed using X and Y step distances and a clippng method.

Remarks

If markers are to be placed at controlled distances inside a polygon, use MarkerPlacementInsidePolygon marker placement.
