Version compatibility status of the map document bound to the MapDocument coclass, with respect to the current software accessing the doucment.

| esriMapDocumentVersionInfoSuccess | 0 | Version compatible. Map document will be readable. |
| esriMapDocumentVersionInfoFail | 1 | Unable to read version compatible. Map document may not be readable. |
| esriMapDocumentVersionInfoUnknown | 2 | Version unknown. Map document may not be be readable. |
