Esri move text constraint.
| Constant | Value | Description |

| esriMoveTextConstraintsLeft | 0 | Constrain text on left of the geometry. |
| esriMoveTextConstraintsRight | 1 | Constrain text on right of the geometry. |
| esriMoveTextConstraintsOnTop | 2 | Constrain text on top of the geometry. |
| esriMoveTextConstraintsCursor | 3 | Text goes where the cursor goes. |
