Esri time string formats.
| Constant | Value | Description |
|---|---|---|
| esriTLFDefaultDateTime | 0 | Uses the system locale default date format and time format. |
| esriTLFLongDate | 1 | Uses the system locale long date format only. |
| esriTLFShortDate | 2 | Uses the system locale short date format only. |
| esriTLFLongTime | 3 | Uses 12 hour time format. |
| esriTLFShortTime | 4 | Uses 24 hour time format. |
