Provides access to members that control drawing methods specific to 3D displays.

Method FlashFeatures Redraws viewers flashing the features in the flash list.
Method FlashGeometry Flashes a feature shape.
Method FlashLocation Redraws viewers flashing the given location.
Method GetMaxTextureSize The limit for the size of a single texture.
Method PutMaxTextureSize The limit for the size of a single texture.
