IElement.Locked Property

Indicates if the element is in a read-only state.

Parameters
pLocked [out, retval]

  pLocked is a parameter of type bool*
pLocked [in]

  pLocked is a parameter of type bool

Product Availability

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

Remarks

The Locked property indicates whether the specified element can be updated.  This property can be set to TRUE to stop users from modifying a particular element.
