Parameters
pInfo 

  pInfo is a parameter of type IArray*
pPointCount [out]

  pPointCount is a parameter of type long*

Populates an array of ILasPointInfo.

pInfo is an array of ILasPointInfo. It must be pre-allocated to the desired size.
