Get vertex Id for a patch at vertex index.

Parameters
patch [in]

  patch is a parameter of type long
Index [in]

  Index is a parameter of type long
pId [out, retval]

  pId is a parameter of type long*

Description

Returns as a double the ID coordinate of the specified geometry vertex associated with the Patch located at the specified index.
