ID of the graphic attribute, given its name.

Parameters
Name [in]

  Name is a parameter of type BSTR
index [out, retval]

  index is a parameter of type long*

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

If IDByName returns -1, the graphic attribute with the given name could not be found.
