The element position at the given index.

Parameters
index [in]

  index is a parameter of type long
elementPos [out, retval]

  elementPos is a parameter of type double*

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

Position returns the value of the position (between 0 and 1) at for the given index in the positions that the line decoration will be drawn.
