The line start offset.

Parameters
Offset [out, retval]

  Offset is a parameter of type double*
Offset [in]

  Offset is a parameter of type double

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

Specifies in points (approx. 1/72 of an inch) the distance the decoration will be offset from the start of the line.
