IPlugInCursorHelper.IsFinished Method

Returns True if there are no more records in the record set.

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

Returns true if there are no more records to get from the cursor. IsFinished is called any time that NextRecord fails.
