Indicator interface that identifies a Polygon element.
IPolygonElement is an interface implemented by the PolygonElement coclass only. The interface has no properties or methods, but exists to give the developer a method of determining whether the element is a PolygonElement.
To check if a graphic element is a PolygonElement, you just need to check to see if the object supports IPolygonElement.
