Returns TRUE if the edge is inside data area.

Parameters
edgeIndex [in]

  edgeIndex is a parameter of type long

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

If the triangle the edge belongs to, its RightTriangle, is inside the TIN's data area then this function will return True for the edge.
