WMS Error Codes.

| WMSCONN_E_PROXY_AUTHENTICATION_FAILED | -2147220734 | Proxy authentication required. |
| WMSCONN_E_UNABLE_TO_CONNECT | -2147220733 | Unable to connect to the server. |
| WMSCONN_E_MISSING_URL | -2147220732 | URL is missing. |
