Ink collection mode enumeration.

Constant Value Description
ETPC_NotCollecting 0 Not collecting ink or gestures.
ETPC_GesturesOnly 1 Collecting gestures only.
ETPC_InkAndGestures 2 Collecting ink and gestures.
