A class for a raster geometric function.
The Geometric Function is used to apply any Geodata Transforms that come with a raster on it. Additional Transforms can be applied using the arguements object.
An elevation model or a constant Z value can be supplied for polynomial transforms along with values to scale and offset the elevation values.
