IGxCatalogAdmin Interface

Provides access to members that manage the behavior of the GX catalog object.

Name Description
Read/write property CachedLocations The cached locations.
Method EnableRootObject Enables or disables the specified root-level object within the catalog.
Read/write property HideExtensions Indicates if file extensions are hidden.
Read-only property IsRootObjectEnabled Indicates if the specified root-level object is enabled within the catalog.
Read/write property PrescanFolders Indicates if ArcCatalog should prescan folders and display them with a special icon if they contain GIS data.
Method RefreshRootObjects Refreshes the catalog's root objects without refreshing disk connections.
Read/write property ReturnToLastLocation Indicates if ArcCatalog should return to last location on startup.
Read-only property RootObject The specified root-level object.
Read-only property RootObjectCount The number of root-level objects in the catalog.
