Parcel Build Properties.

| esriBPDontSetParentHistoric | 1 | When parcels are saved, should the parent parcel be marked as historic. Type: Boolean. Default: False. |
| esriBPSwitchToParcelMode | 2 | Switches from consturction mode to parcel mode after execute is called. Type: Boolean. Default: Return argument from execute. |
| esriBPRemoveParentParcel | 3 | Removes parent parcel after execute. Type: Boolean. Default: True. |
| esriBPShowInBuildMethodUI | 4 | Indicates if method is shown to UI control. Type: Boolean. Default: True. |
| esriBPDivisionMethod | 5 | Indicates if method is a division method. Type: Boolean. Default: False. |
