Dimension Text Fit Options.

Constant Value Description
esriDimensionTextFitNone 0 Do not fit the text.
esriDimensionTextFitMoveBegin 1 Move the text outside the begin extension line.
esriDimensionTextFitMoveEnd 2 Move the text outside the end extension line.
