Policy on how network junction element connect to edge elements.

Constant Value Description
esriNJCPHonor 0 Junction element connects to a coincident edge element's vertex if the edge's connectivity policy permits it to.
esriNJCPOverride 1 Junction element always connects to a coincident edge element's vertex, regardless of the edge's connectivity policy.
