Edit Parcel Type.

| esriEPTNotEditing | -1 | Not editing in the construction/edit data frame. |
| esriEPTNotEditingInConstructionEditMode | -1 | Not editing in the construction/edit data frame. |
| esriEPTNewParcel | 0 | New parcel |
| esriEPTNewParcelSamePlan | 1 | New parcel using existing parcel plan information. |
| esriEPTNewParcelSamePlanGroup | 2 | New parcel using existing parcel plan and group information. |
| esriEPTEditParcel | 3 | Edit parcel. |
| esriEPTNewConstructParcel | 4 | Create a new parcel in construction mode. |
| esriEPTNewConstructParentParcel | 5 | Create a new parcel using an existing parcels as a parent. |
