Snaps ms to the precision of the spatial reference associated with the geometry. M snapping does not happen automatically as part of calling IGeometry::SnapToSpatialReference.

Throws:

java.io.IOException - If there are interop problems.

AutomationException - If the ArcObject component throws an exception.
