Call this after a refresh to show feedback again.

Parameters
hDC [in]

  hDC is a parameter of type OLE_HANDLE

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

Refresh redraws the associated screen display area.
