  Fields is a parameter of type IEnumReferenceDataField**

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

Returns a ReferenceDataFieldsEnumerator that contains descriptions of the Fields in the ReferenceDataTable that are used by the locator.
