Maplex Constrain Offset Enumeration.

Constant Value Description
esriMaplexNoConstraint 0 Label aligned horizontally to map page.
esriMaplexAboveLine 1 Label aligned to graticule.
esriMaplexBelowLine 2 Label aligned by expression.
esriMaplexLeftOfLine 3 Label aligned to feature direction.
esriMaplexRightOfLine 4 Label aligned to feature direction and constrained to left.
