Scale bar unit label positioning options.

| esriScaleBarAbove | 0 | Above bar and labels (centered). |
| esriScaleBarBeforeLabels | 1 | Before labels. |
| esriScaleBarAfterLabels | 2 | After labels. |
| esriScaleBarBeforeBar | 3 | Before bar. |
| esriScaleBarAfterBar | 4 | After bar. |
| esriScaleBarBelow | 5 | Below bar and labels. |
| esriScaleBarAboveLeft | 6 | Above bar and labels (left aligned). |
| esriScaleBarAboveRight | 7 | Above bar and labels (right aligned). |
| esriScaleBarAboveEnds | 8 | Above bar and labels (label both left and right ends). |
| esriScaleBarBeforeAndAfterLabels | 9 | Label both right and left ends before and after labels. |
