ArcGIS License Manager can be configured for use with ArcGIS Enterprise Portal version 11.3 and earlier, to allow ArcGIS Pro and Premium App named user licenses to be served. The ArcGIS Enterprise Portal manages the access of both ArcGIS Pro and Premium Apps to specified named users, where ArcGIS License Manager manages the number of named user sessions allowed, and the expiry of named user licenses per the maintenance agreement.
