Do I need to uninstall Mapping and Charting Solutions for Desktop 10.1–10.4 before installing Mapping and Charting Solutions 10.4.1?

No. If you already have Mapping and Charting Solutions 10.1—10.4 installed, the setup will automatically upgrade it to Mapping and Charting Solutions 10.4.1. Additionally, you can install the latest version of Mapping and Charting Solutions without having a previous version of Mapping and Charting Solutions for Desktop installed on your machine.
