Editing ICAO profile views

Once you have created a profile view, you may need to edit it according to you organization's specifications. You can interactively move pieces of the profile, such as the procedure fixes or labels. You can also modify the vertices of the procedure legs.

1. On the main menu, click Customize > Toolbars > Aviation Terminal Procedure.
2. Click the ICAO Profile Element Selection button on the Aviation Terminal Procedures toolbar.

   This allows you to edit the elements in the ICAO Profile Elements window.

3. Click an element in the ICAO Profile Elements window.

   

   The corresponding feature is highlighted on the profile view tray.

   

4. Select and move the highlighted element in step 3.
5. Optionally click the Edit Vertices button on the Draw toolbar.

   This will edit the vertices of a line and allow you to add and remove an individual vertex on that line.

6. Optionally click the Rotate button on the Draw toolbar to rotate elements on the profile tray.

   Remarque :

   Some elements are constrained to other elements to keep profile integrity. For example, you can move the procedure fix vertical lines left or right, but they are constrained to the profile tray so you can't move them up or down.
