Validating batch jobs through the Reviewer Batch Job Manager

As you add checks to batch jobs, you can validate the batch jobs against the data that is currently loaded in the map. The Validate command on the Reviewer Batch Job Manager dialog box compares the checks to the workspace for which you have configured the checks.

  1. Start ArcMap.
  2. If necessary, load data in the map.
  3. On the main menu, click Customize > Toolbars > Data Reviewer.
  4. Click the Reviewer Batch Job Manager button Reviewer Batch Job Manager on the Data Reviewer toolbar.

    The Reviewer Batch Job Manager dialog box appears.

  5. Click Open.

    The Select Batch Job File dialog box appears.

  6. Navigate to the Reviewer batch job you want to open, then click Open.

    The Reviewer Batch Job Manager dialog box appears with the contents of the batch job.

  7. Click Validate.

    Any errors in the checks are displayed in the Configuration Errors area.
