Configuration of the DNC NIS workspace in a geodatabase in PostgreSQL

A geodatabase can be created in PostgreSQL and configured to operate as a Digital Nautical Chart Nautical Information System (DNC NIS) workspace that can be used in an enterprise environment.

The administrator needs to create a new geodatabase in PostgreSQL that can be used as the DNC NIS workspace.
