Geostatistical Analyst を使用すると、ポイント フィーチャ レイヤーまたはラスター レイヤーに格納された計測値から、またはポリゴン重心を使用して、連続サーフェスまたはマップを簡単に作成できます。ポイントの例としては、標高、地下水面の深さ、汚染濃度などの計測値が挙げられます。Geostatistical Analyst は、空間現象の視覚化、解析、理解に使用できるサーフェスを作成するための包括的なツール群を提供します。

Geostatistical Analyst toolbar
Geostatistical Analyst contains tools for exploratory spatial data analysis and a geostatistical wizard to lead you through the process of creating a statistically valid surface. These tools are not part of the geoprocessing tools; however, the results obtained from them can be used in the geoprocessing tools.
