TableView properties

概要

The Describe function returns the following properties for Table Views. Table Properties are also supported.

A Table View returns a dataType of "TableView".

TableView properties example (stand-alone script)

The following stand-alone script creates an in memory table view from a feature class. It then displays some of the properties for the table view.

arcpy.MakeTableView_management(
        "C:/data/wellingham.gdb/water/water_pipes", 
        "pipes_view")

# Create a Describe object from the table view
#
desc = arcpy.Describe("pipes_view")
