You may find that some features in your database do not have the feature-level metadata attributes populated or the features have incorrect metadata values. You can update the values of all the feature-level metadata attributes by copying and pasting the values to all the features in the current selection.
Copying metadata attributes only updates fields that are configured to populate when a feature is modified. Other feature-level metadata fields keep their original values.
You can use the Copy/Paste to Selected Features command to apply the metadata values to all the features in the current selection set. This allows you to update all the features with one click instead of applying the values to individual features on the Update tab.

- If necessary, load data in the map.
- On the main menu, click Customize > Toolbars > Production Editing.
