License Manager 可安装在运行 ArcGIS Concurrent Use 软件的计算机上，也可安装在仅用于安装 License Manager 的计算机上。其他 ArcGIS 安装将在安装过程完成后定义该 License Manager。
要安装和授权 License Manager，需要使用购买产品时通过来自 Esri 客户服务的电子邮件接收的授权信息。
License Manager 安装要求
License Manager 通过 TCP/IP 进行通信，必须在 Windows license server 上安装该协议，并保证其正常运行。TCP/IP 要求在 Windows 工作站上安装网卡及其驱动程序，或安装 MS 环回适配器。
如何安装 License Manager
如仅安装 License Manager，请执行以下步骤：
- 以具有管理权限的用户身份登录。
- 关闭计算机上的所有应用程序。
- 从下载菜单中选择 License Manager 选项。License Manager 选项将启动 \license\setup.exe。
- 请按照屏幕上的说明进行操作。ArcGIS License Manager 允许您选择希望的 License Manager 安装位置。在 Windows 上，默认安装位置为 C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\License10.2。在 UNIX 和 Linux 上，默认安装位置为 $HOME/arcgis/license10.2。
- 完成 License Manager 安装后，您可以使用 ArcGIS License Server Administrator 授予 License Manager 许可。
- 在内容列表中单击授权，然后单击立即授权按钮启动软件授权向导。
- 按照对话框中的说明完成授权过程。
- 单击完成关闭向导并返回 License Server Administrator。
完成 License Manager 的安装后，即可为安装 Esri CityEngine 的用户提供 License Manager 信息。在完成 Esri CityEngine 安装后，用户将在系统提示其需要 License Manager 计算机时，浏览至此网络 License Manager。
