The Product Library window serves as a gateway to all the product library actions you can perform. You can access the product library properties and manage data and cartographic production.
Product Library window
There are two top levels in the Product Library window: Product Library and Production Data. The Product Library level shows the data models associated with the product library and the products stored in the current product library. The Production Data level shows all the databases from which you have loaded data and the data models associated with those production databases.

The product library workspace properties can be viewed on the Product Library Properties dialog box.
Class Properties dialog box
Classes in the product library allow you to manage different types of products in each solution. The Class Properties dialog box allows you to define the tables and features that will make up specific classes and template instructions that are used when checking out templates and products.
Product library file manager
You can manage the files that are associated with different levels of the product library. These files include map documents, databases that are associated with individual products, and files that have been copied into the product library.
The files associated with each part of the product library can be viewed in the product library file manager.
