Esri Defense Mapping extension streamlines GIS data and map production for defense mapping agencies and contractors by providing tools that enable specialized data collection and attribution, geodatabase maintenance, data validation, and the production of standardized defense cartographic products. Defense Mapping provides the geodatabase models, topologies, business rules, cartographic representations, and map templates required for many defense mapping products, including Topographic Map (TM), Multinational Geospatial Co-production Program (MGCP) Topographic Map (MTM), Image City Map (ICM), and more.
The Esri Mapping and Charting solutions include industry-specific, standards-based templates, rules, and tools. Through configuration, the tools and processes can be adapted to meet maturing business needs, and therefore an API is not included for customization.
