Using the Composite Bands button on the Image Analysis window

Clicking the Composite Bands button allows you to combine raster layers to create a single raster layer. This allows you to easily put raster datasets together so you can create various RGB band combinations from the bands or perform other analyses such as a difference or NDVI.

  1. To view the Image Analysis window, click Windows on the Main menu and click Image Analysis.
  2. Hold the SHIFT or CTRL keys and click two or more layers in the Image Analysis window.
  3. Click the Composite Bands button Composite Bands.

The Composite Bands function is added to the temporary layer.
