Adding the 3D Graphics toolbar in ArcGlobe

Available with 3D Analyst license.

Prerequisite:

To begin working with graphics in 3D, you will need the Globe 3D Graphics toolbar. This toolbar enables all graphing elements (marker, line, polygon, and text), properties (such as symbol style, layout, and display effects) and adding new graphics layers to the table of contents.

How to add the Globe 3D Graphics toolbar

  1. Right-click the gray area where toolbars appear and click Globe 3D Graphics.
  2. The Globe 3D Graphics toolbar appears in the 3D view.

    Tip:
    • You can also access the toolbar checkbox from the Customize > Toolbars pull-right menu.
    • Toolbar placement is up to you. When added, the toolbar will appear in the view floating, but you can optionally drag it and dock it within the application interface.
