Starting ArcReader from the command line

  1. Click the Start menu and click Run.
  2. Type "<cmd>".

    3. The DOS prompt opens.

  3. Type "<install_dir\arcreader.exe>". For example, <C:\program files\ArcGIS\Desktop\bin\arcreader.exe>.

    4. The command line opens.
