The Maps menu in Business Analyst is a convenient way to add background maps and data services to ArcMap.
Provided that you are connected to the Internet, you can load the background layers, such as the Esri World StreetMap or the Topographic layer from Esri's World Topographic Map service. These are excellent resources for cartographic presentations and are ideal for performance.
